What licenses required to integrate C-cure 9000 3.00 with Genetec Security Center 5.11?
The license option ‘CC9-GSCVID-SM/MD/LG, CC9-GSCACC-SM/MD/LG’ should be enabled/added in ccure license to integrate Genetec Security Center.
Hi Priyanka, regards.
You refer to part number CC9-GSCACC-MD (due to licensing of the C-cure9000 being R series).
The Genetec System must have an active GSC1P-SHCC license, correct?
Thanks
Yes that’s right. Genetec system also must have an active license in order to perform integration.
I agree, that’s exactly my understanding, but I performed an installation that is working without the license (CC9-GSCACC-MD) active on the C-cure9000.
The C-cure9000 service manager does not control the Genetec proxy service, so even without the license, the integration works.
Below are the part numbers, they are based on the system size.
CC9-GSCVID-SM C•CURE9000 GENETEC SECURITY CENTER Video Integration
Small, Series L to N
CC9-GSCVID-MD C•CURE9000 GENETEC SECURITY CENTER Video Integration
Medium, Series P to R
CC9-GSCVID-LG C•CURE9000 GENETEC SECURITY CENTER Video Integration
Large, Series RP to T
Thanks Jorge.
The integration in quest is C-cure 9000 Access Control in Genetec Security Center.
The manual of instructions informs license necessary in Genetec and the C-cure9000, but the integration is works without license in C-cure9000.
My quest is: why is working without this license?
Flavio,
i would reach out to licensing for the answer on that.
It does sound like they already have the license
Jorge, i already did this and was informed that my system does not actually have the Genetec integration license activated.
They don’t know how it’s working and they recommended asking the local sales representative for support, I’ve done that too.
This scenario is going to level 3 support and will certainly go to software engineering, i am waiting.
I posted this question here to check if anyone else encountered this flaw.
Tks.
