Duress Operation

Newbie to CCure 9k. Need to know how to set up a system to log an event in the monitoring viewer that needs to be acknowledged and accepted, along with a sound played, when a Duress is activated(code+1) on the keypads. Im at a loss. :wink:

Under the door triggers, you would select "Admit Status with a value of “Duress” with an action of “Activate Event” pointing to an event that is configured to require Acknowledgement:
(The play sound portion would be configured in the event “Action” tab.)
